clown goby

What can anyone tell me about a clown goby. I think they are really cute but I am afraid that it's small size might be a problem with a sally lightfoot crab. Can they exist in the same tank?

Shouldn't be a problem for the goby. They have a protective slime that most other animals find bad.

Thanks.. Do you know if it is true that they need to be fed several times a day? I saw that on a different website.

In a reef tank once a day should be fine as they have other stuff to munch on. Otherwise twice a day should be fine.

I have a clown gobie and I think that a sallylightfoot crab would eat it it a hartbeat when it it sleeping. They don't have to be feed more than 1 a day in a reef tank ;)

I have a clown goby with a big sally lightfoot for about 2 months now and he is doing fine. The sally is about 3"-4" wide from toe to toe(I know they don't have toes! )
I feed him once a day with the other fish and he eats like a champ.
