clown hosting question

I have 4 anemones and 1 pair of GSM. Now the GSM's have only been to the other anemone 1 time since it is on the other side of the tank. This was 6 months a go.
I was considering adding a differnet kind of clown to host this anemone. What will happen if the maroon finds the perk? Fighting or will just leave it alone since it will be hosting?

Most likely fighting , also it is not a good idea to have more than one anemone in a tank as they can kill each other .

really, i didnt know that anemones could kill each other! would it like eat it or just kill it?

It would be chemical warfare, but I believe that if the tank is large enough and if you run good carbon aggressively or ozone that threat of chemical warefare between anemones might be a little over exaggerated.

I started with 1 RBTA and 1 GBTA. The GBTA just keeps splitting. I run carbon 1 X per month. They all seem to do well. I am going to take one to my LFS.

I added the true perk and he started hosting immediately. He was hosting before I bought him. So after lights out, he left his anemone and stumbled on the GSM's. She was mad REAL mad. Ohh they have eggs also. I tried to get the new guy out but kept hiding in the rocks. I checked this morning and the new guy is hiding in the xenia. Tried to get him out/no dice.
Do you think he will go back to his anemone when lights come on?

umm he might but it is still not safe as they both have ability to not get stung. I would feed him at the top of the tank and have a net below the food and scoop him up when he is eating, and back to the LFS he goes....
