What is the rule on mixing clowns?

I have always been told not to mix them. I have maroon clowns, and they can be little S**t's. When I do a water change the female fallows me and tries to scare me out of the tank. LOL She will swim up and swish her tail at me. I could just imagine what she would do to another kind.

Hi, they say and so do i. You should not mix different clowns in one tank. they will fight. sorry. I have one tomatoe clown in my tank and thats it, and he is cool he thinks hes a bigg bad fish.. good luck with your tank..
