Clown Seizures?

I was looking at my tank today and i noticed the smaller clown occasionally shaking, as if it was having a seizure. Once the moment passed, he was back to normal. Does anyone know what this could mean. Both the male and the female were the first fisah in my tank, 8 months ago.

I'm sure someone else will say this better, but I believe that is somewhat normal for the non-dominant (IE, smaller) clown to do. I think is a submission thing?
