Clown Tang has white spot

Question
My Clown Tang has big white spot on fin, has gotten bigger in the past week. No QT fully setup, I have a 10 gallon but isn't this way too small for a clown tang? Especially for weeks of quarantine? Also Coral Beauty is starting to show some very small spots. THX I will try to post a pi / pic size file is too big.

I am pretty sure that is what it is / I saw that on another post. I have had the fish for about 3 weeks / 6 month old tank /Still cylcing. after I moved some of the rock work around about a week ago, he appeared with that little spot - so he was fine for 2 weeks. I think on the other post you said this disease was not as bad and can be counteracted with fresh garlic in the food? I was hoping this will work since the QT is too small. THX

No, I didn't say that exactly. This is a viral disease and it needs to be addressed on several fronts. Good diet, good water quality, stressless environment, etc.
