Clown Tang not eating

Hello, I have a clown Tang that I've had now for two weeks and has been going good, but here lately he has stop eating. My Temp is 77.3 Ammonia 0 Nitrate 0 nitrite 0 ph 8.4 SG 1.026. I have offered him Dried Seaweed with Garlic, Lettice, Brine shrimp. He has no sign of ich or other parasitic diseases.
Any help will be greatly welcomed

how big is the tank? clown tangs in general doesnt do good in captivity since they require large open space to roam. they r also very picky eaters. anything in the tank bothering it?

My tank is 55Gal, I know it is not big enough but the tang was giving to me so I could not turn it down. Nothen is bothering him, all livestock good with others. I just looked at him and he is going up and down, bottom to top, now he is on the bottom in a upright position.
