clown trigger has cloud eye

my clown trigger has a buldging lefy eye with a cloudy film i also have 2 triggers,lion,eel,dog face and tang ther all fine my salt is 013 nitrite,ph and ammonia is normal nitrate has been 60 for months even after water change 90 gallons wet dry 1 power head, uv ,waiting on skimmer to come also my bat fish had same symptoms 1 month ago and died after 3 weeks i did large water change 2 weeks ago any solutions

thanks do i put the maracyn right in the tank or do i set up a seperate hospital tank which i dont have right now

medication is expensive, so I would use a hospital tank. We all have our favorite medications. I would suggest "Spectragram" or some other medication that has "Kanamyacin Sulfate" as the main active ingredient.
Just read the bottle. Maracyn II may have it, but i am not certain since I do not use it.
