I see we got a whole club of Clown Trigger owners here. Lets prove to everyone that these fish can get along in a community tank.
(with the right tank mates, ofcourse)

Sounds like we need a sub forum in the aggression section for triggers
. Mines still small and ive yet to add any tankmates. Im hoping when i transfer tanks i will be able to add more livestock.

i agree, too many times people put triggers with peaceful community fish thinking they are going to get along. then all hell breaks loose, then they blame this fish, i bet over 75% of the time its the owner of the tanks fault then the fish. it would be like me putting my police K-9 in a room with a small kitten, not a good idea

Thats one thing im not doing, soaking in vitamins. I know the reasoning behind this, but is it critical for triggers? Im guessing they dont get all the vitamins they need because the meaty food only provides protein?

i never use to give vitamins but now i do, i see the difference in color and with health in my fish. i only soak the raw shrimp in vitamins and feed that every other day. i think its worth it helps boost there immune system and fight of parasites. its your call but its worth doing
