Can I add a small clown trigger to a 125 with a N iger and a spotted puffer, and a SFE?

The folks over at the aggressive fish forum would be able to say better, but I do not think it genuinely is a good idea to start mixing triggers in a tank. They tend to be quite protective of their own turf.

Triggers can surely be mixed. They are great community fish when housed with appropriate mates in a proper environment. They may (will) bicker and fin for a while, but that will end (well, one way or another) and flare-ups become uncommon. The Niger O. is one of the more easy-going triggers.
The puffer I know nothing about except you said small trigger so hope the puffer can't swallow it.
