You sure about that? Most major chain grocery stores should have this stuff in the meat/seafood department. You're not looking for live fish, but fresh shellfish.

Sure, and frozen silversides from your lfs. IMO, if this fish was healthy; he'd be eating the other fish and inverts in the tank. It may take time to wean him onto a good diet; but I'd feed whatever he'll eat during the treatment period. Then start the diet change. If he doesn't eat the new stuff right away, don't give in and feed him brine shrimp, these are like candy and I think he's used to it. He can go a few days (after the de-worming) without eating if he needs to. Good luck. Also, I'd avoid live fish: a lot of hobbiests think it encourages aggression. CTs are very aggressive fish anyhow and live feeders may make the other fish in your DT look mighty tempting. (Which, IME, will happen anyhow, as soon as his health improves. pieces of frozen SW fish, like flounder are also good.
IMO, we all are making educated guesses on what's wrong with this fish, I think AquaKnight is on the right track; in any case, this fish is not looking or acting like a healthy CT.

how long do you wait after the last treated water to put back the crabs and starfish?
I'm really not familar with the brand, just the stuff I use.I'd run some high quality carbon for a few days and all should be ok. To be sure, I'd check the product label or get info from the mfgs tech dept. (a underused resource, IMO)

Ok so here is an update on my Clown Triggerfish...First I took out all the inverts, I did a water change then treated with Internal Parasite Guard (by Jungle)(2 treatments), then used Melafix for about 3 days in case it was a bacterial problem, did another water change put everything back in and been about 2 weeks and everything seems to be good, Triggerfish has his colors back and gained his weight back. I also had a bubble curtain to the tank and he seems to like it, and the crabs like to stay on it...now about his diet he is a very picky eater I tried starting off the new diet with frozen krill and he didnt want it, still likes the freeze dried for a treat, then tried a frozen meat blend from the LFS and he was picky about certain parts, so alot went to waste, went back to the frozen brine shimp and hes loving it, but my LFS is ordering me some frozen squid so ill try that next, I still havent been able to find clams here, even asked fish resteraunts but they said they cant sell them outside unless cooked. Then my LFS discourged me from buying silversides because they said whole fish will make him more aggressive, and right now hes nice to the other fish and crabs, which is nice for the time being, so we are gonna start with squid. Here are some updated pictures on his health....THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE HELP!!

Thats great news!! Good to hear a happy ending when someone makes the effort to take care of a sick fish.

Like the crabs, thats what I need...Crabs big enough to not be eaten by Wrasses and Triggers.
Frozen Mysis Shrimp dosed with garlic and vitamins should be a winner for him, unusual to see a finicky Clown Trigger, I still think he will get over that.
