Our clown had pop eye, too. I believe it is caused by stress (I know, what does a fish have to be stressed over, right?). Anyhoo, it is too hard for us to catch her with out further stressing her, so hubby added a little garlic extreme to the tank, and she eventually got better. Good luck!

The fish's eye got scraped from the LFS's net. It will be fine. This is very common. Add some Selcon or Zoecon to the food.

I am also having the same problem!! I came back from dinner to find my clown has a pop eye.
My A/C has been broken and the heat in my apartment has caused my tank to raise to about 85 degrees. Way to high!!! Did this cause my fish to stress???? Should I even bother buying Melafix??? or should I just concentrate on getting the temp down and do water changes???

Melafix will not treat it. Get the water parameters stable again.
