My Percula Clownfish is breathing rapidly and hasnt been eating. No parisites of any kind are visable and the water conditions are good. Are there any types of diseases that the clown have?

Clowns can get brookenyla easy... is there any visable symptoms on the body? What are your readings on your water? Need more info.

I have had him in a 10 gal quarinetine tank for about a week and a half now. he had been in the 46 gal for about a month before I moved him into the quarintine 3 days after i noticed him acting strange. The quarintine tank has been set up for about a a month now. no other fish in there with him.
