Clownfish acting strange at night

I have two clowns that been in my tank for 72 hours. I noticed that at night they hang out by the water serfice looking like sick fish. Then when I wake up in the morning they look as happy as a clam. Is this normal behavior?

was just wondering. The first night I got home from work and i seen them doing that. I was like here we go fish going to die. But they r eating fine ATM. Just brine shrimp for now. They won't eat flake or pellet food yett. Anyone got any tips on keeping these little fellas? I got the water change thing down pact so let's not go there lol

My clowns also did this when they were in my fowlr for about 6 months, but once I put them into my larger reef tank they stopped. I think it had to do with the amount of liverock because there is quite a considerable amount more in the reef and now they have chosen a little over hang near the lower corner to stay in at night.
