clownfish blindness??

Hey, just checked in on the tank and noticed that my goldstriped maroon clownfish has one eye clouded I'm not sure if he can see out of it or not? anybody ever come across this?? everyone else in the tank seems healthy. Here's a pic...

Yes, it is pretty common. Is this fish new? History please. Do you have a QT?
Try doing a water change and feeding the fish food soaked in fresh minced garlic. If things don't improve, the fish will need to go into a QT for antibiotic treatment.

I've had him for almost two years now... I've never had any problems with him before, I'll try a water change, and see how he comes along, I do have a QT, but getting him is not going to be easy!! What is usually the cause?? I figured maybe he was just getting old, (no idea how old this fish is he was full grown when i bought him.)

Do the garlic that I mentioned. Garlic has a natural antibiotic quality to it as well as an immune booster.
What are your water readings? Is the eye puffed at all? It doesn't look that way from the pic.
