i have a clownfish that has been pregnant for 8 months - her belly is about to burst and is having a hard time swimming - is there anything i can do?

Welcome to the site..there are other reasons a fish gets bloated and can't swim right. Try asking in the fish disease and treatment section, I seriously doubt it's caused by being loaded with eggs...
