Clownfish fighting

I have two Ocellarius clowns. One is 1" and the other is 1 1/2". They have both been in the tank about 7 months - purchased at the same time. At first they were inseperable but now the larger one, big mama, chases the smaller one, shorty around the tank. Shorty hides all the time only coming out to eat. If big mama sees shorty on the other side of the tank she will swim over and harass him until he goes into hiding again. This has been going on for about 6 months. I am getting tired of the bully and was wondering if anyone had any ideas when this behaviour would stop or why it is going on so long. Any advise will be appreciated.

Hmmmmmm
Strange. They ususally get things straightened out by now. The other one sounds too small to be a female.
One posibility is that you inadvertantly got one Ocellarius and one percula and the larger female (Mama) doesn't like the other one. This is a longshot idea, but possible.
The other more liekly posiblility is that they are still getting things straightened out as far as dominance and it should cease ina while.
