clownfish hosting plastic

i just got my first 2 fish today! they are 2 maroon clowns and they already ate within an hour of being in the tank. i dont have lights for an anemone right now but, do you think that my clowns might host a plastic fake anemone?

They may.. Ive heard clowns hosting exotic stuff.

But I have been told they they may host fake decorations. My clarkiis hosted a fake stag coral :thinking:

yes they will. my cinnamon clown loves his fake anemone that i purchased for him, He hosted it within the first 24 hours i had it in the tank. he wouldnt have it anyother way. treats it as if it were a real one

That's good news I really don't feel like trying to take care of anemones ( I tried and it died in about 2 weeks) also I'm new to the boards and am wondering how to get an avatar and what the word "Yellow Tang" means under my username. (Sorry if I'm taking over this thread but I don't know how to start a thread either
