Clownfish looks ill

So my male clown is looking rather poor lately. He is looking pale and almost whitish along his face and back. I think my female is being aggressive towards him. He always hangs back in a corner. I was told this was a pair but should she be beating him up so badly?
I don't believe it is ich, my other clown is healthy and I see no spots just a sort of pale discoloration. His fins look a little messed up and the black part around his fins is turning clear. Should I try to remove him from the system or will this pass?

I cant really help ya out on this one other then ask what everyone else would.. What are your water readings. And clowns IMO are pretty rough on each other when they move into a new tank. I would really just wait it out and see if it gets much worse

All params are at zero.
I have only been feeding them mysis, is it a nutrition problem? My female looks great and is starting to give signs of hosting my frogspawn. Maybe she is being overly aggressive because of this? Should I just wait it out and see what happens or should I try to break down tank territories and such?

Improving the diet will help him heal quicker. Other than that, it sounds like typical female aggression. It will subside.

Does it have a gel binder? My fish will not touch any food with a gel binder. Buy frozen formula in a flat package, not the cubes. My maroons were bought with big chunks missing from their fins. It has been a month. The fins are fully repaired on the female. The male takes her abuse, but is still doing very well.

Ya they are cubes. I will get the flat packs from now on. I might get them some shrimp/muscles/clams from a local market; would that be good?

Making your own food is a great choice!
