So on Friday I fed the fish some Krill for the first time in months...(I figured I'd change it up from the Brine Shrimp). It was frozen I stirred it up and poured it in most of the fish loved it. About 1 hour later I noticed something odd on one of my clownfish it looked like a piece of Krill was stuck to its fin. It's samll but it has been there for over 24 hours. I have a Carpet Anemone with 2 false Percs. The other one is healthy and lives in the carpet and the one in question with the white thingy on it's fin just hangs out next to it. I was hoping he'd get into the Anemone to brush off and maybe the white thing would go away. But the other one has made the carpet its home and doesn't let him in. It's not white spots It's something I've never seen before, it's just one little white thing thats looks like the Krill gut stuck to its fin. There has been no odd behavior by the clownfish it doesnt look like it hurts and i just wanted to know what this was or if any of u heard of something like this.

I can't really sit this on the fish. Perhaps on the left pic, the very bottom fin? Can you describe this with more detail?
I'm moving your topic to the Disease Forum.

The best way I can describe this is on the right fin of the clown fish looks like a small piece of white frozen Krill that got stuck on it there's no other markings on any part of the body of the fish. It's like a white thingy very tiny hanging from the ourside of the fish's right fin. (not on the 2 fins on the bottom) There is no odd behavior everything seems fine...It's just bugging me that I dont know what it is or where it came from. I sorta wanna pull it off but am affraid to do more damage to the fish.
If that's not enough ill try to get a clearer picture. PLEASE HELP!!

Take a look at the Diseased Fish Thread at the top of the Disease Forum, and look at the pictures of fish with lymphocyctis. Does it look like this?

How long has it been there now? Does he seem to be scratching at all or does he not pay attention to it? Is it long and thin? Do you ever see it curl? Or is it cottony looking?
