clownfish with lymphocystis

I have a clownfish with lymphocystis. I read that it's not curable and that it can possibly affect other fish in the tank.
My question is, what should I do to make the symptoms go away and do I need to restart my reef in order to prevent my other fish from contracting lymphocystis?

Beth's thread to start, of course.
Think of it has treating ich, without the hypo. Quarantine, extra vitamins in the food, and give it a month. If the fish stays healthy, the lymph will go away on its own.

lympho usually runs its course in about a month, I would try treating with cupramine if you can QT the fish and dosing the food with garlic (garlic builds up their immune system) HTH
