I am getting two clownfish, a black and white false perc and a orange and white one. I have a 30g tank, with perfect parameters for half a year. I want to try to get them to host something, preferably an anemone, like a bulb or a bubble tip but if that won't work very well, would a torch, hammer, or frogspawn be better. Also, is there a difference on Saltwaterfish.com's bulb anemone and the bubble tip anemone? Will they host either one?

my ocellaris hosted an LTA after a year
my B&W ocellaris pair hosted a BTA after 3 days
its all up to the fish
just make sure your lighting can support a 'nem' and you'll have to let the clowns do the rest

Just puttin this out there, I was told you cant have a black and white and orange and white clown together in the same tank. A few people told me they would fight till the death. I was told this about 3 to 4 weeks ago.

What type of lighting do you have? A bulb anemone is different than a bubble tip anemone. Hosting is never a guarantee in an anemone or a coral.

Two ocellaris clowns of different colors will work together, IME. Two different species of clowns is where the trouble begins.

You don't have enough lighting for an anemone to survive. Anemones receive 90% of their food from the lights. You will need 4 to 5 watts per gallon to keep an anemone.
