clownfish with white dot

My clownfish has a white dot on his head. He has been swimming in one spot at the bottom of the tank. All water levels are good, and salinity is good water temp is at 79. I don't think the clown is really eating, he is new to the tank, 3 days ago. This is the only white dot on him.

does the dot look like salt? could be the dreaded ich. hopefully he is quarantined
