i know i'm so gonna be flamed for this (so i'll help ya'll and

myself) lol
it's a long story but we ordered a clarkii clown & a occ clown sunday (we have a maroon with gold stripe). when they arrived tues day the occ was dead & we thought the clarkii was gonna die, but he's doing better the past few days. the company sent us two more clowns to replace the dead one (we told em that the clarkii was fixin to die cause we really thought he was). the two clarkiis are gettin along fine, they seem to like each other. the problem is that bully (maroon clown) is charging at wiggles (occ) when he crosses to the other side of the tank.
now wiggles is in the corner of the tank like he thinks he can swim out of the tank lol.. will bully get over this? i kno i kno.. maroons are the meanest clowns.. but is there a slight chance of it? :thinking:

The Maroon will eventually kill the Ocellaris and there's a good chance it will kill the other two as well.
There's a small chance that the Clarkii pair can fend off the Maroon but it will never be stress free.

yeah lights just got turned on and bully is chasing wiggles everywhere.. the other two are chasin him when he's too close..

Uh - Maroon clowns get to be about 6 inches max. Very territorial and aggressive of all clownfish species.

do maroons host condis?i have a condi ( roughly 6in diameter ) and looking for a new clown. my skunks hosted him about an hour after it was introduced (they are no longer around)

When I first started I had a 1.5-inch maroon from ***** host a condi from this site. It was apparently a freak occurance, though, and isn't really supposed to happen.

I've attached 2 pictures of my White Stripe Maroon Clown (Bozo) in "his" Condi. The first pic shows him 2 days after I bought the Condi (about a week ago), and the second shows him today. I'm guessing they're both happy because Bozo sleeps in it and the Condi is growing like a weed.
