He hates me. Everytime I try to do anything in the tank I get poked by this ***$#( fish. He is slowly working his way back to the LFS.
Anyone else have this issue?

I have had a percula clown that would get that way when he thought his anemonie was in jeapordy. LOL it was funny till he got about 3". He was actually able to draw blood. But i guess we are entering there territory so they have a right to defend it. If i ever had a trigger that would start doing that ... I'd be getting rid of him asap :p

Now that is character!!! Yes, my tomato is a total ass. But, that is what makes him cool. I used to cuss at him every time I had to put my hand in the tank. I'd swear at him and tell him he was on his way to the lfs. My wife would laugh and tell me that I wasn't taking him anywhere. It is her favorite fish. He was the first one I bought and I guess he's my favorite too. One thing is for sure. my tomato clown IS the alpha fish. Everybody in the tank knows it too! They all have a great relationship. The royal gramma occasionally flares up at the tomato, and then the tomato keeps coming forward to tease him. The gramma always backs off. It seems that they all know their roles in the tank now and are happy together. I say keep him. What kind is he anyway?

He is a Cinnamon. I chased him around with the rock I was trying to move today. And it does not matter where in the tank I am, he is going to bite me. I cuss at him yell at him and try to flick him. He does not care. But he scares the crap out of me when it happens.

Yep. Cinnamons, Tomatoes, and Maroons are mean as hell. They never start out that way, but when they get a little older, look out. It does scare the crap out of you even when you know it is coming.

I have had tomatos that did that untill I started flicking them. Right now I have a 4" maroon and she could care less when my arm is in the tank.

I flicked mine, not enough to hurt him or anything, just enough to touch him and let him know I was bigger and not going to take it anymore, eventually he got the idea. it may take a while though.

I am going to give him some time before I return him. He just thinks he rules the roost. I do have a tang in there and the tang chases him. I guess now I should cheer for the tang.
