clowns digging holes

Is it normal for clowns to dig a hole around a anemone? my female maroon has almost moved all the sand around the anemone outwards

ive noticed that this is very common with maroons. they will clear out the area around the anenome until you see glass. my old maroon use to use her mouth like a goby and drop it off on my rocks and corals. she got sent packing because of this behavior.

oh okay cool. its fine with me I was just wondering if it meant something or not, just getting the home cleaned up.
