Someone told me that clowns mate and have babies alot. I dont know which kind of clowns but could u guys tell me. Do u think the babies will live in my tank and the fish wont eat them?

Thor is right. Tank raised Oscillaris Clowns when paried together will mate quite easily. However, if you plan to have these fish spawn you cannot have any other aggressive fish in the tank. You clowns will be too busy trying to survive and compete rather than spawn.

Its not as simple as placing them in the tank and they will breed. I highly doubt the young will grow in the tank without being removed and feed properly. Just trying to say its not like freshwater fish where the fish are born and you feed a powder food. They need very small foods with require cultures to be made and kept going. Get Joyce Wilkerson's "Clownfishes" book if you want to raise clownfish. There's just too much info you need to know to type it here.

I suggest you get the book
"Clownfishes" by Joyce D Wilkerson.
There is a lot of info in there that You can trust. It is a little complicated getting the babies to grow up. Read this book, it really helped me a lot. ;)
