Clowns....?

K I'm still pretty new to this but need better advice. LFS has high school kids working there not quite sure if i would trust there judgement. But i have a pair of un-mated false perks but i want to get a pair of mated perks in the same tank. When i bought the pair of un mated percs bought one 1/3 size smaller then the bigger one to try to get them to mate up but dont know if it will take. Now I have a 125g tank would the two pairs be able to co exist in the same tank?

i think i would almost prefer to start off with 2 clowns and watch the evolution of them becoming a mated pair
it seems like buying the pair is skipping out on all the fun

Well that is my goal but i can get them to stay together the little one would rather swim and sleep near the dog puffer i have. Just seems really odd although it would be really cool to see a orange clown puffer baby.lol

without a couple genetic engineering classes, the orange clown puffer seems unlikely
my clown would never pay attention to my LTA for the first year i had them, then one night it just happened
give it time, sometimes nature takes a while
