Any ill effects of 'em?
Is there a better way to accomplish this?
I'm thinking of making one if any body has any input about these. ***)
Why dont we ever hear of 'em?

a better way, imo, is the use of a reverse daylight refugium growing macroalgae, and weekly partial water changes.
