coloration on my niger trigger

I bought a niger trigger about a month ago. He seems very happy and healthy. He eats mostly trigger formula with urchin, and formula one, with krill. His swimming and interaction with the other fish seems perfectly normal.
For some reason he is not dark in color. He is actually a light blue.
What gives?

mine changes from a light blue to a greenish

mine also changes colors sometimes he is green but most of the time he is blue.

My Niger changes color when I'm feeding. He goes from a dark blue.. almost black to a brighter blue. The edges of his fins change too, almost a greeny color.
