Unfortunately, I think they are going to lose some of their top guys on defense to salary cap issues. I don't think there should be any retirements though.
Did anyone notice how weakly Marvin Harrison played tonight (and throughout the whole playoffs?) I am a Marvin fan, but his performmance could have been a lot better for the all-pro that he is. He ran out of bounds several times, he ducked to avoid a hit (which caused him to drop the ball), and actually caught a pass before the first down (which is rare for him).

thats what i thought lioncraze...seemed like he hadnt been doing nearly as much as he normally had been able to...i also would have liked to see the mvp go to a running back with as much as they accomplished

it was a crazy game with the turnovers and all. i love to watch manning play. He is a QB god. he knows how to play the position like no other. that offensive is crazy good. Rex on the other hand. i feel bad for him in a way. hes gonna get hammered. but oh well

Colts played well on defense. Only one real big play on the one long run for the Bears.
Lovie Smith lost the Super Bowl back in game 12/13...when he decided to stick with Grossman. Griese has started in the past and played well for other teams. I doubt he could have possibly played as bad as Grossman this year.
Once Grossman needed to do something besides hand off the Bears were done. He also brought excitement back to the QB/center exchange.
I beleive he may be the only QB in history that is cheered by Bears fans for an imcomplete pass.
No, he did not lose the game alone...but he had a replay performance like NUMEROUS poorly played games he had this season.
Despite the HORRIBLE play of the bears offense...their defense did hold the Colts to field gaols on SEVERAL drives. IN fact, the defense did give the offense some oppurtunities with the lead in reach.
Then those horrible words...Grossman back to pass were uttered.

of course, this does not take into consideration trades ect... the saints and bears were the two best teams in nfc this year and if you really want to include other teams how bout the seahawks and/or panthers did you forget about them too? if healthy. yes, i think they will be in contentiion next year again not sure they will go to superbowl, but they will be in contetnion.

Any team can turn it around. SAints and Jets proved you can do it in one year. They have set the bar...so teams cannot use that building crap. SOlid GM and coaching plus free agents and a good draft can do it.

Who couldn't love Peyton. I was never even a Colts fan til they started giving Peyton all that love and I jumped on the bandwagon.
Anyway, very cool tattoo TX.
Put preparation H on it instead of neosporing. Has an anti-inflamatory, that works better.
I don't have any tatoos, but an artist I know told me that.
