my lion isnt too big he is only 2" i rechecked my levels and here they are:
ammonia:0
Nitrites:0.25
Nitrates:50
SG:1.024
Ph:8.1
could this be because i cleaned one of my filters today?should i do a partial water change to lower the nitrates and myabe the nitrites?
Please Help

nitrates of 50 should not kill your fish. the problem seems like you put in too many fish too fash and you are having mini cycles. cleaning the filter may have added to the problem since you might have killed some of the bacteria on it. what exactly did you clean. IMO i would just leave the tank alone. you dont want to stress the fish or the tank any more. the bacterial filtration should catch up in a day or 2 unless you have done serious damage by cleaning the filter. if the levels continue to rise you might have to do a water change, but i would leave it alone for now.

i just read your other post. i hope you did not rinse the filter sponge in tap water! if you did you just killed all your bio filtration on thaqt sponge. you should always rinse the fiolter sponge in old tank water. you might not have such a bad problem since the other filter should still be fine, but keep your eyes on the ammonia and trites. if either one approaches 1 ppm do a small water change.
