Hiya,
I'm planning on it being a reef. I'm just trying to take things pretty slow. ::Grin:: Helps that I'm broke most of the time. My husband would like it if I never added any fish to it and just had crabs, shrimps and corals.
Salty...yeap, I had two of those clams on my LR, they didn't make it through the cycle. The one was stuck on the rock and I thought it looked pretty cool opened up like that so I moved it closer to the top of the tank. It also has a blue doubleheaded feather duster on it so it gets plenty of viewing from this spot. The other clam fell off that same rock it's on the bottom of the tank...I jsut haven't decided what to do with it yet.
DK...I got two really big pieces of base rock and a bunch of smaller stuff. Took me a while to figure out what to do with such different sizes of rock. Drove the husband crazy since he'd come in and I'd have rearranged the tank again.

I have one of those 37 gallon eclipse. I replaced the cover and put a retro kit with two 96 watts power quads to keep soft corals and a home made wetdry/sump on the bottom cabinet. Here is a pic of the lights.

Hiya,
Sergent...cool! I haven't thought about that. I've retrofitted my tank too. I'm running a 65W actic and 10K light...can't remember the type right now. It's what came with the kit. Was told I'd be able to keep corals in the tank, which I want to do eventually.
