compar lighting

for my 4 reef tanks i am useing metal helides and vho's and it seems the new hot thing is these power compacts that have bin out for awhile im wondering if these power compacts are all there cracket up to be i have had outstanding results with my curent lighting just wondering the difrents

IMO PC lighting is awesome for cramped quarters, especially nanos!
I have the best growth of stonies using MH but I enjoy the overall look and tank health I get from VHO.
I now run only VHO.
Your mileage may vary!

PC's will run with very little heat output, but if heat is not a problem for your setup, I would stay with the MH and VHO. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
