Compatability Question...(please read)

I currently have a snowflake in my tank and was wondering if I could put a golden tail eel in with him? All I have in my tank now are a snowflake (approx. 2ft) and a lionfish (approx. 10"). The goldentail would be about 1.5ft. Any replies would be appreiated. Thanks in advance.

How big is your tank?Also tell about your filtration etc.
That will help these guys give you an answer.

Yes I think you could have them both if you have a big tank. But snowflakes are pretty mean and aggressive.

i have several snowflakes and i have raised them from babies and i love them. as long as your eels are similar in size they should be fine.

usually mixing eels doent work, but since both eels are in the same family, nd have the sae body size and shape it should work out as long as you have plenty o rockwork and hiding places on both sides of the tank. bo
