Compatability

My dad is giving me his annularis angel. He is moving and it can't make the big trip. In my tank I have a snowflake eel, a neon velvet damsel, a bird wrasse, and two scats. Do you see a problem from a relationship standpoint if I add the angel?

The angle will be shy at first and will need hideing places that it can get in and feel safe and as long as the wrasse is not toooo big and the angle is big enough then any aggression from the wrasse should not last to long. If the eel is aggressive when feeding then may nip a fin now and then but....
Im sure you know any thing can happen no matter what is considered normal so just a chance youll have to take if you think its worth it. Always good to have a backup plan.

The eel is tiny and the bird wrasse is shy and skitish itself. The two I have a mild concern about are the scats.......but I have a back up plan for them in case. The Angel will be bigger than everyone....

Haha, Didnt even know about scats till your post but I didnt mention them in my reply because I found this by Bob Fenner....C & P
Scats get along with all fishes bigger than their mouths and are generally not bothered by others, with one exception... other scats. Take care to assess the degree of bullying, such that it never goes too far; that scat-tankmates don't get physically beat or starved.
Seeming antithetical to the above, scats are social animals, almost always found in close association with conspecifics, and of endless observable fun in groups in aquariums. If space allows, definitely try a small, odd number of a single or mixed species together.
HTH, and the Damsel IMO is no problem too.

what size tank is this plz........my scat quickly outgrew my 90g and he was only in there with a lunar wrasse and a hermit(lg) (newbie days) so 2xscats hoping very lg tank.

This is a scat.
Also, I think you will be fine, just as long as your scats are not too aggressive.

Scats aka Butterfish, are generally hardy and do get big up to 15 inches.
They naturally go from fresh to brackish to salt in their lifetime. Not sure if there reefsafe !

Yes a 140. actually a 155 but do to water displacement closer to 140.
