compatibility of clowns?

Can I have a Ocellaris Clownfish and a Clarkii Clownfish in the same tank and will they share the LTA that I have??????? Please help going to be adding the fish shortly............

In a 12 gal. I would only go with the ocellaris... clarkii's grow almost twice the size at around 5-6 inches. Plus they would not share the anemone. Sorry to be the barer of bad news

It's not adviseable to mix clowns in same tank. The Clarkii will eventually kill your Perc clown.

About a year ago I had a clarkii that was about 4 inches at that time. I put a perc in there and he thought I was feeding him.

I at one point had a pair of both clarkii's and gold stripes...this was in a 72 bow front... never really had any problems... the goldstripe female was about 3-4 inches and would try to bully the much smaller pair of clarkii's but with no luck. Never had them breed at that point so they never got as defensive as they could... I deffinatley wouldnt advise mixing the 2 in your nano both for the size and agression of the clarkii.
