Compatibility of proposed tank

I have had all of the following fish, but never in a the same tank and never in a tank as large as I have now.
120"lx48"wx30"d, 3.5" sand bottom, HSA1000, and a combination of acrylic and live rock etc. I would like to slowly add the following fish, but it appears as some might not be compatible, so which one(s) do I have to rule out to have the most on my dream list;
Niger trigger
Huma Trigger
Bamboo shark
California stingray
B/W lion
Stars and stripes puffer or golden puffer
Panther grouper
and possibly some sort of eel. My only experience has been with a snowflake
Any other suggestions would be welcomed.
Also, will a puffer destroy my acrylic?
Has anyone breed snails in a separate tank to supplement normal feeeding?
Well, I should have talked to the "boss" first, my wife says that she wants rays like we had in our old tank. She also said that she isn't going to take the risk of having a puffer destroy the tank. Any new suggestions

Wow, what a tank that will be

I am only qualified to answer a few of the questions.
Puffers are very high risk with acrylic, I went back and forth on putting one in mine, but too many bad stories of horribly scratched tanks, so I am going without.
I have not kept Sharks nor Rays, but have read from enough people that don't think Triggers, Puffers or even big Angels make good tank mates with Sharks, Rays or even Lions, they tend to pick at them, which stresses and often kills them.....If Sharks and Rays are your "must have" fish, you really have to plan your stocklist carefully.
I really like the Brazilian Dragon Moray Eel.

here is my reccomendation I hope it helps
figure out your must have fish, then center your tank around that species.
I personally think a sting ray is a great one to ceter your tank around. If you do that do NOT do any puffers or triggers as they will pick at the rays sofft yummy flesh

Good luck!!!

Here is my .02 worth of info. I have had a bamboo shark in the past (many years ago) Triggers, Puffers, Large Angel Fish generally pick on Sharks and lionfish. Ulitmately, they stress out these critters, and as was put, they will die from the level of stress. I think a huge tank centered around the shark and the ray would be awersome, best of luck....

I agree on the Puffer-Acrylic thing they bite and bite and bite some more at the tanks sides and would scratch an acrylic tank to hell.

The only puffer i might try with acrylic would be a porky, they don't have exposed teeth like other puffers, but it would still be a risk. I also would not mix triggers or puffer with sharks. Lions would mix well though.
