Compatibility question...

Hello,
My 55 gallon tank right now has 2 false percs and 3 blue green chromis. There is a sixline wrasse at the lfs I have my eye on and am thinking of picking him up today. If I want to put a bicolor blenny and a bicolor angel in after him, with that be ok? Is that an ok order to put them in and will everyone get along?

I would do the Blenny first myself and rethink the BiColor Angel...They are one of the largest dwarf species and not one of the hardiest, I wouldnt recomend one for long term in a 55g....but, I dont really see a compatability issue unless the Sixline gets aggressive, it a toss up with them, many do and many dont.

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely reconsider the bicolor angel. I would really like a dwarf angel at some point, but would prefer something other than a coral beauty. Any suggestions? Also, if I put the wrasse in first, what are my options for good fish to put in between it and the angel??

Might look at a C. argi, the Cherub Angelfish. They can have nice colors. However they can be a bit fiesty as well. Or a C. acanthops, the Flameback...these stay small and are hardy as far as dwarfs go and have a yellow/blue colors but a differing pateren from the CB or BC.
Is the tank a reef ??
I dont want to discurage you from getting the wrasse or the Blenny, adding them at the same time should be OK too IMO....of course theres never any guarantees with any selection in this hobby...all depends on how bad you want it and if your willing to except the results....
As far as recomending others....is the tank a reef, how old, ect.??

Yes, the tank is a reef and is about a year old. I was just researching a bit and was considering the Cherub Angelfish! Sounds like a winner! I really do like the strawberry pseudochromis, though too...maybe even more than the blenny. Would it be a good addition in your opinion?

Well, now that I know its a reef, I will state that the Cherub is a little risky with corals and nipping at them. Just like many have issues with more popular dwarfs doing this and some seem not to. So, roll the dice with that one.
The Dottybacks, ( Strawberry included ) have a reputation for being aggressive little buggers ( some even worse than a Sixline ) and killing small crustations like shrimp and might limit you later from adding smaller peacefull fish. Safe with corals though. I think it would mix well with what you have now though and even could still do a dwarf later, they mainly can stand up for them selfs.
Sorry if I cant be more helpfull because its impossibale to say '' yes, this will work or no, that will not work " because theres sooo many different possibilities that can accure no matter what is known in this hobby....
