Computer graphic whizzes?

can anyone do me a BIG favor and resize this Gif to no larger than 100 X 100 pixels. It is currently 114 wide X 143 Hieght
I cant figure out how to do it. I downloaded sum freeware that was supposed to but everytime I would try to load the image in the whole thing would lock up and go blank.
Please can anyone give it a try?

Sorry, it is 80 x 100 not 100 x 100, But at least I tried.

Microsoft's Photo Editor can resize images as well. Comes with your install of windows.
