is this a good deal for a comp:
120gig hardrive from westerdigital
ati radeon 9600 128mb videocard
i forgot wut the name of the motherboard was
2.8 ghz amd processor
a cd drive and a dvd/ dvd burner drive
a Thermaltake Volcano 11 + CPU Cooler
512 of ddr ram
a case with clear side panels
two neon lights and two fans
total: 900

not really....you can build your own for cheaper
go to your local frys and by all OEM version parts....this will have nothing but the part and drivers.
your case should go for like 50 bucks
neon lights are pointless
get a better fan thermaltakes are loud...im partial to coolermaster or a nice liquid cooling system

if that is an xp2800 then
you could do a bit better. depending upon the boaird, it may not even be an all right deal.
agree so far wtih aarone. except for the fan issue. thermaltakes are better than coolermaster(coolermasters just dont cut it esp long term), but water cooled is better yet.
alienware is ok, but you pay extra bucks jsut for the name. AND the only thing they have worth paying for is the case, which you can actualy do better on that by shoping for a similar case. they use the same mobo/procc/memory/hard drives/video cards.....
