Whoah-
I'm pretty sure thats a meltdown. I'd like to see a closer look.
How long did that take for it to do that?
Sorry but if it looks like melted ice cream its time to remove it.
I hate to write any anemone off though. Check the mouth and tell me what it looks like. Are the tenticals completly deflated? do they look melted as well?
It could just be the photo but from here it looks like its dieing.

Wild,
I just went over ot the tank to take his pic again, and the tentacles are out and about again. Here he is now. He was inside himself for about 2-3 hrs I would guess... Check him out now... Also, I will attach a better pic of my BTA

Thats better. It is quite possible that they are suffering from acclimation shock.
When did you place them in there?
Tank fully cycled?
Water paramiters ok? Please list them if you can.

I check the water last Sunday...Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite were all 0...PH was 8.2 and the water temp is around 78. The tank is fully cycled. The BTA has been in there for over 2 weeks now and the Condi was just put in there last night. I just checked again, and he is back to his normal size.... Was he may expelling?

More than likely he is just adjusting to your water conditions, expanding and contracting is normal behavior, but the one photo of it totally completely deflated like it was just didn't look right to me at all. Thats why I suspected acclimation shock or dieing.
