i started smoking again after tobin passed away.. i know i ruined it
, i have restarted the quitting process and am on day 4....anyone else want to join the confessional?...speed in a school zone? laugh a little too hard at a tasteless joke? cycle a tank with a damsel?

I Quite in August...started again in Dec.... stopped in feb and started again in April
I should have done Heroin, it's easier to stop!!!!

I hadn't been here for awhile (almost a year) and didn't know about Tobin... so sorry.
As for the smoking, I quit 4 years ago and sometimes miss it, but know if I start again, my throat will hurt... it hurts just thinking about it.

see i knew i wasnt the only one hiding stuff haha... i have felt really guilty not telling yall that i picked it back up because everyone was so supportive when we quit i didnt want to let ya know i failed again..but i feel much better now that its out in the open...

Lately, I have thought of having a cigarette almost everyday. No reason to feel bad that you started back. Right about now, it probably wouldn't take much for me to give in.

I cycled the tank with 2 damsels. I am a smoker. Top off occasionally with tap water.
Drink heavily on occasions. and some times forget to scoop the liiter box.

Oh man, where do I start...
I cycle most tanks with damsels,
I top off with tap water,
I use meds when my fish have problems,
I don't QT,
I do water changes every 2 months or so...
I know, I'm the devil.

Whew, felt good to get that off my chest.

I don't have a qt.
I haven't been to class in weeks.
