considering first time order

i have read on swf.com about how much care they take in shipping their fish, and i know that they have been around since 1996, so they must be good at what they do, but before making my first online fish order, i must ask, have you guys have good success with ordering fish from them? i am anticipating (and hoping for) everyone telling me yes, they have had good success with the shipping and everything, but i still must ask, it is alot of money and i am just a little worried.

excellent shipping and packing...I have ordered 3 times now and everything from fish to snails tocorals is still alive today....comes in a cooler within a box, with a heat pack.

Do you know if they quarantine their fish? I am also considering an order

I recently placed a first order with them and everything went smoothly. I am planning on placing another order today. I just wish they had more stuff!
