Cooking Morell Mushrooms 101

Howard Style: Eggs and Crackers
1. Slice Mushrooms in half.2. Put Mushrooms in bowl of water, sprinkle with salt to get bugs off.
3.
Let Mushrooms sit in water, in fridge, for 24 hours.
4.
Rinse Mushrooms in colander under cold water to get leftover juices/bugs off.
5.
Dip halves in beaten eggs.
6.
Put in bag of crushed crackers, covering all of the Mushroom.
7.
Fry in Skillet/Deep Fryer - Grease (400 degrees)
8.
Lightly Salt.
9.
Enjoy the heck out of them

you forgot the most important rule...
make sure its not a flase morel!!!
those do look yummy though!!!

i thought they looked nice until i saw the finished product and hear baout all the bugs....where is the throw up smile, someone please post!
