Copepods

I was wondering a way to get more copepods in my tank. without buying them, and without a refugium. what could i add to the tank to stimulate growth of them(such as a coral or something?)

LOTS of live rock needed and no preditors.

yeah i have(i think) 60 lbs of live rock in my 45(going to add more when i get the money =)... any other ways?

I have a 20 gallon with heater and filter, live, sand, a couple of live rock so I can raise pods.
