Yea, there fine in a healthy reef but you just cant have small feather dusters because they will eat them and any other worms and micro life they can fit in there little mouths. Must have a well establish system with lots of live rock and sand for them to feed from.:happyfish
Yes, it is my favorite fish. He has personality, almost takes Mysis out of my hand. Keeps the tank clear of aptasia. As said before, they will nip at dusters and worms. They are sometimes difficult to get to feed in captivity.

Do you have live rock in the tank? Butterflies and Angels like to pick at the live rock and I think it is very healthy for them. Both like to hide in the rock so it reduces stress therefore you have healthier fish.
I have most of the corals you mentioned and I have not had a problem with any thing eating them. Like I mentioned before my Lemonpeel is looking at my SPS but so far he is not touched them.
It can be difficult to get a Butterfly to eat at first. I have much better luck with Angels for some reason. The only Butterfly I have that is not finicky is my Heniouchus, he is a hog and eats everything I drop in the tank.
I would stay away from the Hawkfish if you are ever going to consider shrimp or small inverts.
I might also consider getting rid of the Damsel. I am afraid he will be to aggressive for the angels and butterflies.
