Coral Banded Shimp

My coral banded shrimp is acting pretty strange. I just added him today to my almost month old 24 gallon FOWLER and he is just in one spot and isnt moving. Is there are reason to be upset?
THe cycle is done, and the salinity is 1.0235

how long did u acclimate him for?

How did you acclimate and what else is in the tank could he be hiding from a predator fish?

I let him sit for about half an hour to 45 minutes, adding 1/4 of a cup of my tank water every 10 minutes. I have 2 hermits, 1 snail, 1 Six Line Wrasse, and one F. Perc Clown. The shrimp is bigger than both of the fish. Is he just shy?
