Will this fish hurt my LPS and softies? Thanks for the replies in advance. :)

I have one as well. I've had mine for about 9 months with little problems. If you want to try a pygmay angel in a reef tank, imo, think coral beauty is a good choice. I keep softies and lps corals and he doesn't touch them. When i added my nepthea sp. he did nip it a little, but after two weeks or so he left it alone.
I think it is really hit or miss with any individual angel, but i feel coral beauties overall are the most "ree safe" choice. HTH

I had a Coral Beauty in my tank for 3 months. Never bothered anything until I added a red button coral. Once he nipped him..he developed a taste for corals. Nipped my colt coral and leather coral. I removed him yesterday and took him back to the LFS. He was a beauty. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesnt with Coral Beauties

Over the past 2 years I've seen numerous comments good and bad about coral beauties...I have one in my reef with over 50 LPS/softies and mine has never bothered anything. They seem to definitely be hit or miss...luckily mine is a keeper.

NM hit it on the head.. Hit or Miss.
I had one in my 75. Never touched a thing. Moved the same fish to my 55 and he ate any coral I put in the tank.
