Coral Beauty Dissapeared..?

Woke up this morning and my coral beauty was gone, she was in there last night. Check the floor under all the liverock, she is just gone!
I have a rather small clean up crew, 2 small hermit crabs, 2 turbo snails large, 10 needle snails, 1 sea eurchant. It is only a 32gal tank.
Anyone have an explanation?

She probably just found a hiding spot you haven't caught onto yet. I'd be surprised if you didn't find her...

My tanks isn't too big and I lifed every pice of live rock and looked in all the holes with a flashlight. Take a look see...

It's possible she died and was a very expensive meal. I feel for you, I've lost fish before in a similar manner.

So my cleanup crew could have got rid of a hole 2 1/2" fish over night??

I've had it happen before to bigger fish, don't under estimate that urchin

alright i have a 120 and my clean up crew is two very small crabs

i went to thr store and cameback with a net for my 5 inch sailfin tang and all i took out was bones and a eye so yes they eat fast

Did you check the floor aroung the tank?

Yep sure did that was the first thing I checked, But it is near imposible for a fish to jump out I have a full canopy. There is like a 1" gap but it is blocked by my HOB skimmer.

Did you check in the inlet for your powerheads??? That looks like a pretty big powerhead! :notsure:

Yea the powerhead is big but the inlet id the small slits along the side not big enought to suck up any fish 1/2" by mabey 2/16.
