I was in the process of feeding the tank, couldn't find the angel fish. After looking I found him lying on his side in his "cave" area. He was fine an hour ago, swimming around. I adding some top off water, a few cup fulls over an hour or two. Did I shock him, he doesn't appear to be diseased. I moved the rock work and he swam around to a new area, and now he is doing the same thing. Should I move him to the qt? tia

It's very very unlikely that the topoff threw it into shock. I've added 5 gallons at a time of RO to 30, 60 and 75 gallon tanks and never ever had a bad reaction.

If you don't see any obvious signs of illness; cloudy eye, white spots, damaged scales... you should probably wait it out at least overnight. Don't want to cause any unneccessary stress.
How long have you owned the fish?

I have owned it about a month and a half. Like I said it was swimming around the tank an hour before I saw this. I have looked at him close up, and I cannot see anything wrong with him. No damaged scales, lymph, ich, lateral line. He was eating fine yesterday. He wasn't up near any equipment. I am at a loss, I have no idea what happened.

if there are no clues to any problems and your paramare good. What about something like natural health problems (ex. old age)?
